I believe in giving credit where it's due ..
A week or so ago, I had spent a couple of days cleaning and then re-proofing our Vango Artemis 400 tent. Whilst taking it down and packing it away, my daughter's pet Labrador decided this was a good game and joined in. The result was a tear in the fabric of the tent. In the roof panel, obviously. More in desperation than hope, I emailed the AMG/Vango Service Department, asking if they could provide replacement material to make a patch from. Within the hour, I had a response, asking how large a piece I needed. I sent them the information, and they responded by saying that a piece would be sent out ASAP. A couple of days later, I received the material. The tent has 2 colours, and I had forgotten to mention which colour I needed, so they sent some of each !
How refreshing to experience such excellent service. Thank you, Andrew Mooney, of AMG / Vango Customer Services.
Don't forget to leave a review of all tents you've used, for a chance to win fantastic prizes
I bought a ground sheet from their website on Sunday and it's just arrived. If only other companies could supply such a quick and easy to use service. Now off to the garden to fit it and pack it all away again ready for the end of the month.

I used: info at amg-group.co.uk. The response was from Andrew Mooney: andrew.mooney at amg-group.co.uk
Good Luck ..
Thank you! I think I emailed the address on the vango website: info at vango.co.uk.
My wind break pole bent the other week so I sent Vango a email, they asked for my address and sent 5 sections of poles free of charge. I would recommend Vango the customer service department is brilliant service.
