Hi all, I've just set up my new 4.2xl for the first time. Everything has gone very well except the flexi poles that run in front of the bedrooms will not lie flat.
I've checked the online videos but can't see a solution. What have I done wrong?????

Could you post a picture? It may be that the tent was stored in it's compressed shape for a long time, it just needs a bit of use and it'll sort itself out.
