Hi we are just looking at a family tent for us and our 2 young children. We want a spacious tent (though not ridiculously large) with 2 bedrooms (preferably with the roll up divide, while they are young) But with the option of a third room to split the boys up as they grow up. Does that make sense?
We saw a lovely 3 separate bedroom tent at the Yeomans sale but as it was an ex demo I imagine its probably gone already.
We are on a budget of around £100. Anyone got any recommendations?
Or even a checklist of ideals for a family tent?
Thanks

We are a family of 4 with two boys aged 2 and 4. I wanted to get a tent that had three separate living areas so that we aren't all bumping into each other.

We have just bought an Obelink Familia 6 because it has the 3 bedrooms, a living 'room' and then an additional porch that you can enclose. It therefore means that the kids can be contained in a largish space if necessary!! We will probably turn two bedrooms into one large bedroom and use the 3rd for the porta potty but it does give us flexibility for the future.

We have only pitched it in the garden and so have yet to actually camp in it but so far it looks great. The only downside for you is the price. It cost £650 plus delivery from Holland so obviously out of your price range. However, I wanted to mention it because we are in a similar position to you re. children and thought it may be helpful.

Wow sounds perfect.
You could have written that post just for me! Apart from the price tag gives me something to go on though
Thanks for your reply :)
