Hi - one of the poles (blue) snapped when taking my tent down last week. Where can I get a replacement? Go Outdoors (who I bought the tent from) haven't got back to me yet. Can I buy replacements online?

Most camping shops will sell replacement poles, you may need to cut them to length though

Go Outdoors didn't even bother to respond to my emails. So much for their customer service. Won't be dealing with them again.

Hi

I have the Zenobia 6 and after 4 years use one of my tent poles split. Go Outdoors do sell the replacement sections. I took the pole in question into the store and they showed me the correct replacement piece.
The instructions that came with it wasn't great, so watched a clip on u-tube about replacing pole sections. You need to cut it to size and re-thread in the order it has come apart. Very easy, once you know how!!

Hi, I would be interested in a reply too. We have used the tent 3 or 4 times and on the last occasion 6 poles spli/splintered. I have e mailed Go Outdoors this week and they state they will not have any deliveries until next year, they have sold out across the country. I would be interested in any recommendations of websites to buy from.
