We sold our 4m bell tent on Ebay and it virtually funded the purchase of a replacement 5m. Only thing was, we had bought both from Obelink.nl which made them a lot cheaper than the UK equivalents. We got them due to glitches in their system a couple of years ago which allowed bell tents to briefly get through and be delivered to the UK. I think they have ironed out those glitches now, but you could always put an order in and see what happens - the worst is that they will refuse to send it to you and refund your payment. Alternatively, if you are thinking of a European camping trip you could do what we did when we wanted an inner tent and get Obelink to deliver to the European (in our case French) campsite. You need to check with the site first that they will take delivery, but ours was happy to.
