I haven't seen a review of these anywhere, apart from the GO site, does anyone have one, and what do you think of it?

There seems to be a lot of opinion regarding these tents in all giving a bad review of them.
However many opinions seem to have come from people that have never owned one.
I have owned a couple of these, having used the Sendero 5 in the past and have now got a Sendero 4.
Granted they are not all singing all dancing tents but my experience is that they are adequate and fit for purpose.

The ones I have owned have stood up to some pretty harsh conditions be it rain and wind, they have always kept us dry and fairly warm, the sewn in groundsheet is a bonus and quite rare for a low end tent.

Camping is horses for courses and it depends on what your demands are, if you want a home away from home then maybe the Sendero is not for you, if you simply want a base to rest and get your head down then they are ideal.

I am not one for all the mod cons of home when I go camping as this strips away what camping is all about.
If I wanted have everything I have at home I would either stay at home, buy a caravan or stay in a hotel.

Part of the camping experience is living without the comfort of home life, getting wet and all the things that our good old climate can throw at you.
