Hi , we went to go outdoors yesterday to look for a easy to pitch tent we liked the Vango Icarus package , tent ,canopy , carpet and footprint £400 or the Hi Gear Enigma package £280. Which do we buy ?

I'd say the Icarus is a tried and trusted tent by so many people. My Icarus is by far my favourite tent. The Enigma looks nice and send to have mainly positive reviews. I would say whichever one suits your family better is the one to go for. If they both suit your family well and money 💵 isn't an issue then I'd say go for the Icarus.

if you are interested in the vango icarus 500 from GO then I'd wait a day or two - I'm sure it's on a WOW shortly - 169 for the tent and 299 for the package. Haven't got the magazine here so can't confirm it ... I'm sure someone else can
Apparently (as we are also interested in the Icarus too) the helpful man at Go said do a ring and reserve before the special offer starts on the 7th. Then go and pick it up on 7th. They cannot tell how many they will get into store.
