A couple of the fibre glass poles which go across the tent (the orange ones) have broken and I need to replace. However the cross poles seem to be made of two different diameters. Does anyone know what the specification is for the two types of poles please.

Your best bet is local Sunncamp dealer to get the proper set... Had to replace an aluminium pole on our Vulcan about 3 years ago and the complete set was only about £50.
