Seems to be a resounding 5m. I did think this would be the case but was hoping to save a few quid especially as I think ZIG is the way to go. Great pics folks.

canvas and cast tents come with a prepositioned fireproof flu exit panel with hole when not in use there is a canvas cover on the outside.

How long do you plan to have the tent? - your kids are small now but in a blink of an eye they'll be bigger and the larger they get the more space they take up and need and the more clobber they have.

That panel is on the first left panel inside the door. Do you find that an ideal location for the stove?

I'm toying with putting ours closer to 9 o'clock.....6 being the doorway.
