Hi there,

First, I'm new to the forums but have used the wealth of info on here to find local campsites / grab bargains etc which leads me to my first question:

We bought a tent (second hand - used once) which is the Mojave 5. We're kicking ourselves now as Go Outdoors had the porches on sale late in 2013 for £50-£75 but we felt (at the time) that we didn't need one.

Having been away during some appalling weather, we've now decided it would be hugely useful, but are now no longer available.

What are my options? ebay and the likes do have a limited number, but they often sell for more than they originally did when new. Ideally, I'd like a canopy / porch from a similar tent that would fit. It doesn't have to be perfect, but the color we would prefer to match (blue/black)it's just to keep the rain out of the front door.

If anyone has a porch they would like to sell, I'm all ears, and would like to say thanks in advance for any guidance offered!

Dave.

Hi Jason,

I'm at work at the moment so don't have easy email access.

I'm based a few miles north of Newcastle but would consider travel if required within a reasonable distance ;)

Thanks.

Dave.

Edit: I actually wouldn't mind getting a courier involved to collect it if that would be an option?

Many thanks to Jason, who has sorted me out with a porch!!

My family are over the moon, and I would like to extend my thanks to Jason for traveling to meet me half way, which was not a short journey!

I hope my future dealing via members on this site are as easy, and as pleasant, as they were with this chap.

One happy camper (and his family)

Dave.
