Hi
Just road tested my Concorde M yesterday for the first time and basically I snapped the pole used to thread the porch on the first go. I cannot see anyway it could fit. In the meantime, i asked the supplier to send another urgently.

However in case they don't get it to me by this thursday, any other suggestions for a 'quick fix'. Maybe gaffer tape would hold it???

any other suggestions (also on how to fix it in place)

Fit the side pole when the beams are not fully inflated, its much easier.

I tried this. I connected all the pieces together and threaded the pole through the sleeve, put one side in the black connector but it would connect at all with the other side... only thing I can assume is i had it at the wrong angle.

Hi the only thing I can think of is maybe sleeve it with some plastic water pipe from a DIY store,I think the smallest is about 10 mm
