I'm sure this must have been asked before, but can find it.
Can someone please tell me the total pitch size of a montana 6p with front awning attached.

Nice tent! (6p just bought 2nd hand extension- yet to use it)

Ours is last year's model (well bought last year) and is 6.25m long.

Is this the enclosed awning?
panoramic bit is 1.5 to pole
To previous pole is 1.2

Think the rest is just overlap.

So 2.7m from outwells diagrams

Maybe some other helpful person will have one.

I have been ringing up sites this week who say their max size is 7m (say if tent more than 7 x 5 will be charged for 2 pitches) but no one seems to have a problem when I explain about our tent extension and that we haven't use it and it is less than 7.5m total.

Sites seem to have smaller pitches for hookups (unless you book an extra large serviced one).

I also have the Montana 6p and awning.
Total footprint is 8.65m x 4.15m.

Never really had an issue with space for our tent on sites. We have the Montana 6P (2012) and the Front Awning (2012) and Front Extension (2012). We rarely use all 3 but have only ever been to one site that we could not use either the Awning or Extension (not that we had them then anyway).

However we tend to stay on farms with moderate facilities are rarely over 30 tents on site. I guess the more facilities, the more people the less space.
