Could you contact the manufacturer direct? I did this when I needed new wheels for my pram, we bought it from abroad as twin prams are super expensive in the UK. Just emailed the company the model and what we were needing replaced. they sent me an invoice which we paid over the phone and they sent me the goods.
If you can't get a replacement just take the bedroom pod to your local market (if you have one) and ask the sewing stall to repair it or alternatively any shop that does sewing/adjustments.
Failing that try the canvas repair centre in Burton, good prices and good service.
