I am a newbie to this forum and a complete novice at camping! After much deliberation and research into which tent would best suit our family of three, we purchased a tent at the weekend via good old Ebay. When i brought the tent home, there were no poles in the bag or any separate carry bag for them. Seller now not responding to my calls or txts. Purchased via ebay to make sure we enjoyed the experience before investing in a more long-term tent.
I have contacted Wynnster this morning and been advised they don't sell this model anymore and therefore no parts for poles. My tent is a Wynnster Pegasus Elite 6, 6 man tent. Can anyone offer me any advice as to how I can buy the poles needed for this tent? Can I buy universal poles? Any suggestions would be so greatly appreciated.
Kind regards,
Paul

Hi, welcome to the forum. I have answered your other post re the Phoenix. But you should really contact eBay and report the seller for supplying you with an incomplete item.
unfortunately because you collected the item in person / presumed paid cash at time too, ebay will not have anything to do with this sale, its vitally important that items that are collected/paid cash for, are thoroughly inspected
