Hi guys, further to my post this morning I have had no joy in trying to find the dimensions for my Wynnster Pegasus 6 elite tent poles. However, I believe the Wynnster Phoenix 6 model was the newer version of the Pegasus model and the measurements are the same in height and weight.
If anyone knows the dimensions for either of these two pole tents, I can then place an order with a made to measure supplier. Wynnster have not been able to help.
Many thanks guys,
Paul

Hi Paul, I have a Phoenix 6. I could get the poles out and measure them so you could make your own up. I can't do it right this minute though, but can get on to it later today if that's OK.
Yes just done it. Was too late home from work to do it last night.
All poles are 11mm diameter. They have a spike on the end as the Phoenix does not use the ring and pin method, the spikes insert into eyelets on the tent, you would have to get your flysheet out to check if the Pegasus is the same. The lengths given do not include the spike.
The straight ones for the dome and eyebrow porch are as follows:
2 x 735cm
1 x 708cm
1 x 635cm
The problem now is the bedroom tunnel, it has two poles with pre-bent sections for the corners. There is only a slight bend to these joints but don't think straight poles would work properly. The lengths are:
1 x 618cm (pole curves 212cm from the ground)
1 x 580cm (pole curves 187cm from the ground)
Hope this is of some help. Not sure how you will manage the curved sections, but someone may know where you can get the joints from. I will try and get some photos on later.
Still think you should try opening a dispute with eBay, I'm no expert, but if they didn't state there were no poles, you should have a case. Does anyone else know how this works?
Thank you ever so much for going to the trouble of getting me the dimensions - much appreciated.
I will contact a number of pole suppliers to see if they can assist and will certainly let you know the outcome.
The problem with Ebay is that the transaction was not completed with them. Seller contacted me before the listing had ended to say he would accept an amount with cash on collection, so no trace via ebay. Could go via small claims.
We were hoping to go on our first camping trip as a family this weekend but will have to sadly delay this now.
Once again, thank you so much.

Good luck. If you need to know anything else, just ask. I have put photos of the spike and curved pole section on the listing for the Phoenix 6 on here as I don't know how to get them onto post from phone. Hope this is ok webby/Bob.
I have been contacting suppliers all day who have told me it will cost too much to get the poles made to measure and better off buying another tent (this time poles!). Will therefore sell the tent on ebay clearly stating no poles which may be useful to campers who may have an old Pegasus in poor condition and want to replace it. Will advertise on here as well.
I just wanted to thank you again for going to the trouble of measuring the poles and giving me the dimensions. we will have to delay our first camping trip for a little while longer. Next time if bought from an auction site, will make sure the poles are complete, even if the seller reassures me as he did on this occasion that everything was complete. Can't take peoples word for things, unfortunately.
