Hi

Can anyone help please?

I arrived at a campsite yesterday with my family of 7. We have a 5m bell tent and just purchased the 6m emperor for extra space.

However, I cannot seem to find any instructions/ even tips for how to connect them together.

I've got them linked up- but it looks more of a bodge; the A-frame of the bell entrance is linked in the side door a frame hole. I thought I would be able to zip the two together, but i can't see how. There are a couple of gaps on each side and I've pegged the side door flaps of the emperor to try and cover as much of this as possible.

My internet searches have drawn a blank- just tales of how great the two are together.

Any help most gratefully appreciated! We're in South Devon for a week ....and the weather is typically British :)

New! Please upload a photo of your tent to the Tent Showcase!

You won't be able to zip them together - it is very much just use the spikes on the a frames to join them

Thanks Field Candy. Interesting that you say a frames plural, I've used the a frame of the bell tent through the hole of the emperor only. Are you suggesting that I should also use a frame of emperor through hole of bell tent? On wet outing at moment so haven't had a chance to try it out!
