Hi All,
My wife and I have just bought the Hi Gear Gobi Elite 4, for next years camping season. Can anyone tell me if there is an awning/porch available for this tent? As I would like some cover for cooking etc.

It seems to be exclusive to Go Outdoors, and no accessories are listed on their website, so it looks like the answer is that they do not make a matching porch or extension.

However, you could look around to see if an extension for a different make might fit; its the height you need to check out. Or you could buy a tarp, poles and stuff (ie guyropes and good pegs) and learn the art of putting up a shelter. There are several ways to do it.

Hi, I've got the Hi Gear Enigma 5 and I'm sure I've seen a post on here from someone saying they got the Enigma 5 canopy and it fitted their Gobi Elite 4 a treat. Think the sizes are pretty similar in terms of height and width. Might be worth checking some reviews for the Gobi. I've seen it somewhere but not sure where!

Just done a search and someone posted it on YouTube. Don't know how to do the link but if you search Gobi Elite 4 and canopy on YouTube it should bring it up. There's pictures of it, with the Enigma 5 canopy attached, and they say it fits like a glove.
