Anybody any thoughts on the Kampa warranty and customer service compared to Vango

There have been a few posts about varying customer service recently. For example the Vango Illusion Airbeam issue and also a few about Kampa and tents that leak, although a lot of these seem to be through the same supplier, so not sure I'd that is the issue. I also read an instance of Vango replacing a storm damaged tent!

For my part I have had Vango tents for many years and not had to use the backup service.

I had a recent enquiry which Vango handled very well, it is also possible to order spare beams etc from,Campingspares.co.uk (Vango) whereas Kampa say to contact your dealer. I like knowing how much something is before I enquire (about £40 for a Rhapsody beam).

Also Vango give a 3 year warranty whereas Kampa only the 1.
