New here also - we bought one a couple of months ago and have used it once for a week so far. We are new to 'family' camping and did plenty of research and despite starting looking at tunnel tents half the price, we ended up with the Studland. Once we'd decided to get an air tent this was the best value/feature/size combination for us.

It is huge but quick to pitch, the headroom is amazing, it feels like a church/barn and allows you to use more of the space near the edges if you're trapped inside because of the weather.

The bedrooms are a bit bigger than the others we looked at too. We had 2xcampbeds a travel cot and a kampa dinghy style airbed in use and there was still plenty room to move between them all.

Having a seperate (but enclosed) drying/cooking area was a must for us as both our children are under 5.

The only negative so far (based on 1 trip), is the curtains. They are not zipped so either up or down as there is no intermediate lashing point. Oh, and it takes up half the boot!

We got a good deal (£950) including carpet and footprint, which made it difficult to resist compared to some of the alternatives we considered.
