My roof poles have split - again. I've already had to replace them once and it seems that the 9mm fibreglass poles supplied are just not man enough for the job. The elbow socket thingy they slot into at each end has an internal diameter of 16mm.
Should I just get some thicker fibreglass poles, and if so would they be bendy enough? Or can anybody suggest another option?
Although I love my standy-uppy tent I'm sure it can't be right that the roof poles are only lasting six festival weekends on average.
I've got three weeks to get it sorted before the next festival!
