Does anyone have a Trespass Go Further 2 man tent and if so have you had any problems with the poles?
I'm on my second tent and both have had a pole split first time out despite no issues with pitching and weather that was no more than breezy.
The tent itself is exactly what I need. Compact but with standing room and seems otherwise well made but the poles seem very poor.
I'm going to take this one back to Argos and I think I'm going to have to get a refund because I don't want another if the poles are going to break so easily but just wondering if I've been unlucky and my local Argos have a bad batch.
Could it be that the small footprint but tall tent combination is too unstable?
I'd be grateful for any recommendations of a similar tent but I haven't got a lot to spend on it. The Trespass was a bargain at £90 but I probably need to spend more and get better quality.
