The Amazon seller is Taunton Leisure, they do have this tent (ex demo, pitched for 10 days), with footprint, advertised on their website for £540 (here)
They say no faults and full warranty on this tent.

Thanks. The seller I was referring to though (Icarus housewares) have been removed now. They were showing a few at £519

On the Icarus Housewares advert was a link to 'other sellers' of which Taunton Leisure was one. Three or four other sellers were listed with various prices rather more than £519.
I personally wouldn't buy a tent costing £519 but had I been in a position to do so I might have been taken in by that ad, so well done you for highlighting it.
