Hi I have an coleman cabral 4 tent and want to purchase an extension, but so far have been unable to find a suitable one does anyone have any ideas please?

Looking at Coleman's EU site here isn't an extension for the tent.
As suggested you might have to create something by using a canopy and high sided windbreaks.
Coleman do their own 'Classic Canopy' which is meant to fit pretty well any tent but know they can be a real hazard in high winds and would usually have to be taken down.
The only other thin is to chack the fron dimensions of the tent and see if you can find a comptible extension from another manufacturer. The only difficulty i can see is the fron 'wings' on the Cabral which would probably have to endup inside an extension.
However, it canoften be done. Years ago I remember being able to fit a Vango front porch on a Coleman Evolva tent.
The Freedom Trail universal canopy is actually pretty good and for £35 worth a punt. It should fit your tent.
I also have a universal side porch for my tents but looking at the Cabral 4 it's just too small to get it to fit - all of the other cabral models would probably be fine but a side porch needs to fit centrally over the door and your door is close to the end.
