Has anyone out there bought one of these from Winfields Outdoors.
I own one and am very disappointed as it cant be pumped up with the pump supplied

Just ring the shop. It sounds like the pump is faulty or maybe you are doing something wrong, it can only be one of those two things. Look up on you youtube "Vango tent valve" just to make sure you are ok with it and know what you are talking about before you ring the shop

Well I have had at least 3 other people try to pump it up and it not working properly - its taking 2 people.. one to hold the nossle and try to get a seal as it wont stay in place while the other pumps. Winfields have taken it back to have a look at and just waiting on their response now. shame cos I loved the tent. I think they are happy to help so don't have a problem with winfields at all and looks like they will refund or replace with a different tent. Don't suppose your would recommend one just in case??

Hi there, try pushing the white button on the valve and turning it anti clockwise then try it.
