Sorry if this has already been asked. We’ve just bought a new vango airbeam tent. Only put it up in the garden so far but it looks great. The only issue I’m having is working out how to slide the skyhooks onto the plastic strips. I’ve found the ‘nicks’ where you should be able to thread them on and on all the youtube videos I’ve watched they slide on easily but I couldn’t get them on at all. There’s a little button on the hook but pressing that didn’t seem to make any difference.

I’m assuming that there is a technique which I haven’t worked out. If anyone is able to help me I’d be very grateful.

I have found that you have to push the button a lot harder than you think, then they do slide on nicely
