Hi, just ordered a new Berghaus Air 4 XL tent & am struggling to find a carpet that will fit the living area (310cm x 270cm). Has anyone on the forum had any success with finding a carpet? Are there any companies out there that do 'made to measure' at a reasonable price? Thanks in advance for any help. David

Hi Dave we have the same tent, Millets Sell a carpet and a ground sheet to fit the Air 4, great tent but at first a challenge to get back in the bag. We have sorted it out now.
We have just been camping with some friends who had the air 8, used once, and last night one of the beams went down.
Taken straight back to Millets today who just swapped the tent for a brand new one!!
How awesome is that for customer service??

Hi Dave, did you have any luck getting the air 4 xl carpet? Seems to have disappeared as a product entirely. Can’t see it listed as sold out or anything on any site...any ideas?
Although an old post this may be useful to others in the same situation as the OP.
We wanted carpets for our Cabanon, and off course Cabanon do not provide such trivial items.
This was an easy fix, just a case of buying two over sized carpets, in fact I got lucky and found two EOL Outwell carpets of exceptional quality both at a knock down price.
I laid the carpets out, one in the main living area, and the other in the bedroom pod.
Then with a magic black marker and a length of strip wood, marked out the perimeter of the carpet along with any required slots for toggles to pass through.
I then took the carpets to a lady on our local out door market who did clothing alterations.
A week or so later I had two bespoke fitted carpets for my Cabanon tent.
My main reason for getting the carpets were to help protect the ZiG and the SiG.
The carpets after over ten years use are still in great condition, especially the one for the bedroom pod, which is still as new.
And off course the ZiG is still in perfect condition, as when we pitch, a cheap tarp goes down first, and then a 1mm thick butyl rubber groundsheet goes on top of that, which has protected the ZiG from the underside.
