Yep lidds0, I often think how lucky I was to get my Cabanon Cotton Biscaya brand new for £699 from Catterick Caravans back in 2008, back then there was some real Cabanon bargains around as Cabanon dealers were keen to get rid of stock, as Cabanon was in admistration at the time.
I even picked up a Biscaya Sun Canopy from Castlecroft camping in Radcliffe for £50 albeit an “All Season Polyester” version, which I sold onto a member on here, when I finally got hold of the “Cotton” version.

Who'd have believed you could keep a tent for eleven years or more and potentially sell it for around what it cost!
Yep lidds0, I have so looked after that tent, it is stored triple bagged as I bought all three sizes of Issabella awning bag's not knowing which would be the best fit.
As it turns out it just squeezes into the small bag, but if I am feeling lazy it goes into the medium bag, with the large bag as outer protection.
At the moment it is stored in all three bags, up in my loft.
Using 1mm thick butyl pond liner has kept the underside of the ZiG in as new condition, and the same goes for the top side of the ZiG, as I had a bespoke tent carpet made to measure, from a Outwell tent carpet.

Hypercamp / Obelink still have some large poly cotton beasts - ominously discounted as per Gary's comments above.
Obelink tents are always shown with massive discounts. I'm not sure if it is ominous.
They have 8 polycotton poled tents.

Suzanb
I would start a new post as this is about something completely different. Saying that Pro Action im sure was a Argos (or another large multiple retailer) own and I doubt you will get any help there. .

Don't forget, Karsten has the Opera 2400 & Lacerta tunnel tents. 100% cotton canvas poled tents.
Have to say that they are very popular for those wanting the quality without the air tubes!
See, I love the Karstens, HOWEVER, if a family of 5, in the UK in bad weather, there is not much room for "comfortable" living for 2 weeks.
Yes, I understand that the "size" then introduces a compromise, as in, you cannot take a bungalow on tour and expect it to stand up to all weather compared to the chances a smaller tent would have which is one of the reasons of buying something like a Karsten.
I have have done the "small tent, live outside" family camping and although doable, when the bad weather hits, it is hard when you need the room outside to cook/live and a tarp is to extravagant for the weather.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
