Please please please can anyone help we put our nimbus up on the isle of Skye, only to find two faulty rubber valves we have a sagging tent and porch patches won't work and go outdoors don't do any replacement parts what so ever. Does anyone know where we can get these, it's a lot of money to throw away on a one week camping holiday a year 😭

as its a go outdoors tent then they are the only ones you could buy from, push them a bit harder or even ask for the manager rather than the school leaver who has only ever been in a tent inside the shop

The trouble with own brand is always spares.

Longshot, but the only suggestion I have is to see if the Berghaus Air 8 are similar enough to fit.

If you order one and it's not usable you can return under DSR. You may just need to pay postage.

I have put a bid on ebay for the same tent and am now concerned that i wont be able to repair if its ever damaged.

If it's the valves, you could look on ebay, I have seen spare valves on there.
If the beams are punctured all the beams are interconnected, so it could be a bit of a nightmare!

We’re having same problem I’m looking at tents same size and looking at taking the roof bracers off so that I can use and air tube the same length
