I wonder if anyone can advise? I bought an Outwell air tent from Go Outdoors (online) a few
weeks ago, only for them to cancel the order yesterday as they had none in stock.
So I went and ordered the same tent again, but this time from Blacks.
I’ve subsequently realised that they appear to be essentially the same company so am thinking they share the same stock and I will just get an email from Blacks in a couple of weeks cancelling the order.
Does anyone know if Go Outdoors and Blacks share the same stock/ distribution centre? I just want to cancel the Blacks order now and go elsewhere rather than waiting two weeks for them to cancel if that is the case...
I’ve emailed Blacks obvs but don’t know when they will respond as they’re not taking calls at present.

I Know PJ Outdoors are doing a tent show near Reading in a few weeks if yu can hang off until then, we bugth our tent from them a few years ago, great customer service
Owned by the Pentland group who own JD Sports, Go, Millets, Blacks, Ultimate outdoors and probably a lot more. This is why the stock is getting more similar all the time. Where do you live. Maybe support a local independent shop who will give you years of advise and a great service.

I had the same problem, ordered a tent from go outdoors, payed for it online only for it to be refunded to my account due to being out of stock,,,I then ordered one from Millets and received it one week later,,,,,both owned by the same company. 🙄
