Not being judgy but isnt it funny how we buy stuff then try to find reviews for it. Look back through the threads and "I've bought this, is it any good?" is quite a common theme :-)
We bought this tent a couple of months ago and in wind and light rain it has been perfect but recently we went away and had heavy rain and it leaked at several points along the 2nd and 4th air beam counting back from the front. I'm currently in touch with Go-Outdoors to rectify the issue. Just wondering if anyone has had theirs out in heavy rain and did you experience anything similar?
Hi, does anybody know if there any inbuilt pockets down the sides of the tent? I know there is some on the front of the bedroom compartment and on the Horizon 700 can you alter the size of the bedroom compartments to make one side bigger etc.

Hi all. I have the 400 and love it. BUT I have an absolute nightmare every time putting the pole in on the side door. It almost seems too big. Any tips?
Hi we are currently camping in the horizon 700. To be honest it's a really good tent but sadly the bedrooms are not very good we already have a rip in on due to it being very stretched when fitted. We also find that their is a rather large gap in the porch once the tent is pegged. We are currently experiencing some wind and rain but the tent seems fine ie no leaking but the porch is flooded. Unfortunately their is no video footage of anybody putting up this tent so can't really say if we made a mistake or not. But all in all we are happy with the tent
We are currently camping in Wales and we have the same problem with water getting in from the air beams. I've emailed go outdoors and all they have said is that I have to pay for it to be returned then they will check if there is a fault. At least I now know that at least one other person has had this problem. If you can let me know how you get on with go outdoors I'd appreciate it.
I recently purchased this tent. Looked amazing on display and had everything we needed but sadly quality seems to be an issue.
1. In the middle of the night, one of the airbeam covers burst causing a noise so loud it woke alot of children outside , made dogs bark and frighten the children in the tent. Sounded like a gunshot.
2. One of the net windows which we didn't touch has the stitching coming apart.
3. Another airbeam at the bottom has stitching coming apart.
4. The first morning after a sunny day, no rain, we woke to dripping in the main area and the porch area. At first we thought condensation but after wiping it down, it would drip again. Seems to be the morning dew was enough to leak through. Very disappointing.
Other than these 4 issues, the tent is really good, spacious and easy tovput up but unless I was just unlucky, the quality if far lacking.
I'll be returning this today as this was my first use of this brand and to have this many issues does not give me Confidence in this brand.

Hi. We were just wondering if you had any problems with this tent as the reviews are really mixed. We were also wondering if the doorway between the living area and porch was flat or had a lip to step over? The information online seems very limited. Is the porch groundsheet included or did you add your own?
Hi all. Just purchased the Horizon 700 quickly put it up in the garden to check it before we went away all seemed ok but confused with the pump that came with it. Details on the website says the pump is inclusive of gauge however ours did not have one. Went back to go outdoors and they checked a couple of other bags and they all seemed to be missing gauges and said to pump until you hear a hiss from the relief valve?
Hi we've got this tent we love it,although we've just used it and had very bad rain found water leaking down the air beams,called to a camping shop for some seam sealant and it works a treat better than the sealant that's already on it
