I’m in need of one of these, I have a newer replacement plastic version but it won’t fit on the poles! Any idea where I might find one? Have tried Vango and a couple of online camping spares places to no avail. Thanks

This any good, or is it the type you've already tried?

Yes, that’s the other new one I’ve tried, too tight a fit and does not let the pole sit inside enough. Wonder if there’s the equivalent of a car breakers for tents!

Might be worth asking if they can make you two up? (link)

Thank you Hacksaw Bob (love the name!), I'd not considered that, great idea. I will ask.

Thanks
