Hi all,

Looking for recommendations for a 2 man tent that has decent headroom in it - I used to have a Lichfield Strathy 2 which I sold, and am now regretting that deeply since it was the only 2 man tent I've ever seen I could actually kneel upright in without squashing my head against the top of the inner tent. (I'm 5'3" so not a huge ask here but all 2 man tents seem to be about knee height!)

OK, so it also had a door at both ends which was a feature I don't think I've ever seen on any other tent since, and there's not going to be anything around now that can match that for ventilation, but at least not having to fold myself like a concertina would be nice... any thoughts?

Vango Galaxy 200 worth a look. Or even a 300 if you have slightly more carry space. I bought a Slumit grizzly for myself--its a 4 man with good kneeling height but easy to pitch single handed. They also do a Gobi-2 or 3 man-might be worth a look.

Have a look at a MSR elixir, they have 2 doors, good ventilation and plenty of headroom.

Maybe bigger than your looking for but the Vango Sigma 300 is good for 2 people. I think it would be very cramped with 3 and has decent head room.
