Before Covid I bought a Cabanon tent but haven't had chance to pitch it until today! First shocker was that I have bought a Barbados, whilst all this time I thought it was a Guadeloupe, not matter. Anyway on to the point, the instruction are minimal but mostly obvious (this isn't our first rodeo). However there 6 wide webbing straps and we can't work out where they go or what they are for. Can anyone enlighten us please? Many thanks xx

Have the straps replaced the guy ropes? If not, I wonder if they've been put in by mistake?
I see it includes the strap buckles. These attach to short webbing straps on the tent canvas on models such as the Biscaya, but I can't see how that would work on a Barbados where the guy ropes slip over the top of the king pole spikes.
Hi Lidds, I bought it from Attwools in Jan/Feb 2020. I've Googled the life out of it and searched the forums here and you're right, everything points towards the larger TTs.
I just don't want to be at home to Mr C*ck-up, I've waited a long time for this tent.
Oh and the 4 random sized bands have me stumped too
Are the rubber bands for spares incase the ones on door/ front of tent that hold the door/front of tent rolled up/ folded back break, I think the Barbados is similar to a quadelope with this feature
