Got a Vango illusion 5XL tc, we’ve just returned from a week in the Gower, hot sun and one night with terrible rain/wind seeing many tents totalled. Ours didn’t budge, I didn’t even bother getting up to check the pegs….that’s with barely 6psi in the beams.
I’ve had a Dutch pyramid in the past and LOVED it, the Vango gives much more usable space however is less forgiving if the ground isn’t flat and even.
Also as it cannot be split ie separate poles, the pack size is massive and heavy!!!!
Ms loves it, I prefer the pyramid as the tent/poles can be split and is much easier to pack up and dry.
Poly cotton or Cotton is the way forward, a friends nylon tent was like an oven within minutes of the sun showing up with all doors open, ours was comfortable all day!
Take your pick with the look, they’re all very similar.

The PC air tents are great but they are bloody heavy and big, getting back in the bag is like wrestling an anaconda but well worth the money and the effort if you can get one.
Looking at the tents you mentioned, I think only the Berghaus is 65% cotton, 35% polyester. The Outwell is 35% polycotton and 65% polyester. I couldn`t find any detailed info on the Kampa. I too was looking for a polycotton air-beam tent, albeit no more than a 4 berth and with cotton being the majority material. I reasoned that a combination of higher polyester content and welded windows that don`t open, the possibility of condensation in the tent must increase. I couldn`t find anything to fit my requirements so I`ve stuck with the polycotton one`s I`ve already got. Just my own personal opinion. I could be talking out of my and not for be first time either.
I'd recommend you to look for a used Karsten with awnings. I see you've got a Cabanon so you'll appreciate the benefits of a good quality cotton canvas and Karsten quality surpasses Cabanon. A used Karsten will (IMHO) be a wiser investment than any of the mainstream airbeam tents you've mentioned.
