Now the kids have left home we're in the market for a new tent.
The Mokala looks interesting as it ticks lots of the boxes for us; enough headroom to allow us to stand inside, sufficient storage, ventilated space to permit cooking while still providing shelter from the rain, a rear door so we can get some airflow through the space to get rid of any condensation. It looks quite funky too and would give options depending on the pitch and weather. I was specifically looking at the polyester version; hopefully would be ok because of the options to ventilate.
I like Vango gear normally. I'm just a bit concerned the practicality doesn't measure up to the theory.
We have a shop nearby where they have them in stock, but not on display. The few reviews I've seen vary from 1 star to 5. One star is obviously concerning. It was a couple of years ago just after they came out. And Vango tend to be ok at fixing issues in next generation releases. But the sheer lack of a reasonable number of reviews makes me very wary.
Does anyone have one or has used one in real life? I'd be really interested in any feedback or advice.
Many thanks
