I picked up a lovely canvas tent last year “12Trio Mallorca” for free of gumtree, owner said it was from 70s and a bit of googling led me to this forum so hoping you could help us with …

Frames all good bar a couple of weekends ago when one of the “four way connectors” had snapped with the weight of rain and wind. This was a garden pitch test but we were hoping to get out in it for a weekend before the end of summer.

I’ve had a google for something similar but not able to really find the shape or length.

Any thoughts on a part that’ll match this one? Images below.

As you still have the broken connector a local agricultural engineer or blacksmith could probably fabricate one for you.

Looks exactly like the ones in my Trio caravan awning. If you can't find one I would suggest that you take it to any small local engineering company, as I'm sure they could weld it up for you.
