I'm a new camper and need your help! I'm on the lookout for a blackout 6 man tent, with a Hydrostatic Head of at least 4,000 ideally, and a good sized living area. Ideally if it has the sleeping areas either side of the communal area, that would be ideal.
Looking for a pole tent, rather than an air one.
Any recommendations with this spec I'd be very grateful!
Thanks everyone :)

I have camped for 60 years summer and winter and never had leaks through the fabric of a synthetic tent, even with HH of 1,500, the only leaks have been through seams and zips which are due to the stitching not the fabric.
Manufacturers are using high hydrostatic heads as an advertising gimmick, knowing that many customers are unaware of its meaning.
A 4,000 Hydrostatic Head means that the fabric will support a 4 metre high column of water before leaking, the site would be flooded out long before you had rain like that.
