Hi all

We have a Berghaus Air 600 which weve been camping in a few times

We would like a porch, but the matching air one is rather expensive. We would like the porch for when the weather is not the best, we have a large dog and could use the extra space on longer trips.

I wondered if anyone had a different porch which fit well?

There are a number of 'Universal Side Porches' on the market, mostly poled rather than airbeam, but it'll only be one or two poles, so not really a great hardship. MUCH cheaper than the dedicated Berghaus one!

Google 'universal tent side porch' to find them.

Hi there, we’ve just bought the Berghaus Air Porch for our 400 as we have a long trip with dog next month. I found it on eBay for under £200 and it’s in great condition having been used once. It may be worth taking a look at second hand kit on eBay and FB Marketplace plus the Berghaus groups on FB. If you do go Berghaus, it also depends on how important it is to you that your porch matches your tent. Some have the yellow illuminous stripe - ours is a new tent so doesn’t. We did find an all-blue one though. I hope this is useful.
