I've had a couple of split poles on my Coleman Castle pines tent. On my way round Go Outdoors shopping for a repair kit I noticed a new tent with grey poles, wrapped witb white mesh reinforcement. I've since found some similar poles available online and wonder if they are more durable than the standard black poles.
