Hi - I bought a Northface Assault 2 Futurelight tent a couple of years back from a European online store. In short, these guys stopped trading. I never checked the tent on arrival and put it away. I never went on the planned trip. So this week I’m off camping and thought I’d use the TNF tent. There are no poles with it!! So, can anyone advise on A) if there’s anywhere I can get replacement poles and / or B) get measurements of the poles so I can replace with aftermarket ones. North face have been absolutely awful and suggested buying an entire new tent!! The recommended replace place in Scotland only repair poles and don’t supply new ones. So I’ve currently got an £800 tent that’s absolutely useless!! Any help would be hugely appreciated. Many thanks, Paul

Tent Spares is what I would recommend, however, they do not appear to have anything for North Face currently when I checked.

Thank-you, I did try them but they couldn’t help. I’m absolutely bemused that brands like TNF sell tents for £800 without the ability to buy a replacement pole. Seems utterly ridiculous!!

Probably better of with DAC poles than the (not) supplied Easton Syclone. If you really can't get TNF to supply Id go DIY. Get a rough idea of length by measuring the pole sleeves. Order more than you need & fine tune the length of end sections for best fit. Poles, shock cord & end caps of required type are readily available. Not be cheap though. Cheaper 7075 etc series alloy pole sections can be had from Decathlon, Amazon, Ali etc.

Had good service from TNF in the past - sent me replacement parts in past FOC but good few years ago

Thank-you, TNF haven’t even responded to my email. I’ll have to call them. But I’ve done loads if research, can’t find any of the specs for the poles other than the material as you mention. I didn’t think it’d be this tricky!!
