Hi, I've owned Nordisk Utgard tent for years and absolutely love it. Decade old decathlon pop ups are also our favourite for a quick getaway solo or withy daughter. But, as my daughter and her friends I take camping are growing, and we don't have a garden and weekend camping trips are more frequent, I'm looking for a lighter one (that dries out quickly) that can be easily pitched by one person and has a decent standing space as my partner won't camp in low tent.
So, I'd like a lighter (no fibreglass poles though) 3 season polyester for 4-6 people with good head room.
I bought Kelty, that looked amazing and they cried the boxes size wise but absolutely rotten quality and still chasing money back. Leaked left right and centre and pole snapped and splintered in a storm.
Alternatively, I am considering robens Klondike... Not really light or easy to dry but as we need another tent, I wonder if I should just accept that steel and cotton are best bets for taller tents.
Thank you very much for any tips.
