I do not have an easy access to a video player, just PC and DVD. Does anyone have a copy of the video that can be downloaded and copied to my PC and then burned to DVD? If anyone has and is willing to email a file to me please let me know. It is such a shame that Khyam do not supply a DVD option or a link on their own site. Thanks to anyone who can help or has any suggestions.

Paul. Thank you for that! I had a video and becuase it wasn't labelled, mine got taped over too. I don't need it now that I have used my tent a few times, but if I ever handed it on to someone in the family, they would need a video. It makes it so much easier to watch than reading instructions. I will ask them nicely for a replacement. Carole
I tried e-mailing Khyam as I would prefer a DVD copy to the video- they told me to contact my supplier and ask for a DVD (they said if the supplier hadn't got any - they could order them from Khyam).

You may want to e mail on the address above and send it to a guy called Chad. A very helpfull chap and a credit to Khyam. If anyone wants a copy I will oblige.
Thanks for the info, I've just emailed asking for a DVD. We don't have a video player, and we didn't get a video from Khyam either so couldn't have watched it if they had included one!
