I wouldn't spend that amount on this particular tent. It seems they are only available on ebay, not a well known brand. I would buy a well known brand rather than an unknown one. There are still some bargains available on last years stock at greatly reduced prices
I see from your other posts that you want the kids next to you, not spread out in pods, a tunnel tent might suit you. Bedrooms side by side and large living area, and easy to erect.
Have you seen the sunncamp vario, it comes in 5 or 6 berth for around the same price as the ebay one? This is a bargain price for last years model, the 2006 version costs about twice as much http://www.e-awnings.co.uk/
