sounds to cheap to me, but will go and see for myself tomorrow but wanted your advice before the sales man gets me hooked.

Doesn't look like a lot of room for five of you, unless you only want it for a weekend tent. You'd probably need something more along the size of the Indiana 8, It's also in the clearance tents for 120. You have to think if you have bad weather and are shut up in the tent for a couple of hours with 3 kids, table & chairs and all your other gear too. Tent bedroom sizes are not always generous, some 2 berths will have room for a double airbed and absolutely nothing else, not even a holdall. it can be very useful to have a spare bedroom just to use for storage of clothes and somewhere to keep the portaloo or bucket with a lid.

I agree with this. Don't underestimate how much swag you will take with you, especially for five (and it seems to get more, year by year... )

Yup, and the kids will grow  so quick and want to bring their friends along too

maybe you'd better just get a 12 berth monster tent now and be done with it
