haven't seen either of these in the flesh but have read great reviews of the quebec at least
the vancouver looks very similar but seems to have bit less space in bedrooms in favour of a bit more in the living area. is that it?
we are two adults and two kids and want a tent that can do for weekends as well as longer. definitely want a sig. we tried out camping last weekend in a friends ventura 500 and loved the big bedroom
for now it is likely that we'll want the kids in the bedroom with us so the bigger bedroom one (quebec) might be better
we had been thinking of easycamp cosenza 600 but i think we'd prefer a more tunnel shaped tent as we won't have any issues with pitch sizes
anyone got anything good bad or indifferent to say about these tents
THANKS

OK, will try a few more questions (if only to get the sad face away!)
does anyone know if you can stand properly in the bedrooms in these?
also, does either have a porch?
can you unpeg one of the bedrooms to have more living space?
finally, how are they in bad weather conditions (read somewhere about Gelerts not being the best in high winds, mind - I'm not planning to go camping in a tornado!)
I have a Gelert Tahoma 6 and have had it for about a year - love the tent (basically a Vango Diablo 600 but made by Gelert not Vango)plenty of room in that but I have to say, and the main reason for replying is that you have heard right about the wind thing - we went earlier this year for a weekend and it was a bit choppy, managed to snap 2 poles and rip out the pegging points from the bedrooms!!!!!!
All repaired and hunky dory now - but there was some talk about jacking it all in and going for B&B holidays - but as always the fresh air won!
Only a fiver to repair the pole and we sewed the webbing pegging points back in with waxed thread - it's probably stronger now than it was when we bought it!!!
The Vancouver bedrooms are just curtains which you can draw back to give extra space. The Quebec has dedicated sleeping pods which means they would be less draughty(I've just been looking at one at Camperlands and they seem to be a good buy). What did catch my eye, not having seen one in the flesh, was a Sunncamp Sprint which seems to be an excellent tent and much more attractive than the photos.
The gelert alaska is also a good sized tent have seen that in the flesh at go outdoors it just isnt a sig if that was what you were looking for but that is a really big tent ant you cant take bedroms out to give more living space
