We're looking to buy our first tent and it occured to us that it might be helpful to see some of the tents we're looking at erected rather than the on the computer. Are there any tent displays in South/South East London or Kent?
We're looking at Hartford L or Easycamp Cosenza as we want a sig and bedrooms beside each other.
Thanks

Camping and General on Canvey Island, Essex have a large indoor display of tents, I am not sure whether the tents you specify will be there. Their website is

hi
What about Northampton I know its a little further to go but in the height of the season Pete had 98 tents up. The tents are due to go back up soon I would ring before you travel 01604-675003, we are waiting for some better weather. We also have 2005 Hartford L for £149.95, but dont have a deal left, we are stocking the new 2007 hartford when they come into stock around Feb time.
Hope this helps
Happy camping

You have a good display (usually - I have niot been down there, this year) at Camping World, nr Farnham (Farnborough/Guildford way).
There is a small'ish place in Shepperton, but can't remember the name of it.

Crosscamping will have even more tents on display this year as the display area is being increased. Can't wait to see all the new tents up Gary.

If you are in Kent your nearest Outwell dealer is SK Camping or PJ Camping..both have website just add the dot com...
The Cosenza 600 is now no more (Boo Hoo), Camping and General are a great shop but not an Outwell stockist
If you fancy really travelling and a trip to colchester Zoo at the same time Camperite in Colchester opens in MArch
