Sorry specific answers.
The tent went up fine from pole to pole once we had worked out exactly what to do and it was a bit windy, make sure you guy out the front end after you get the first poles upright though.
The pole bag and the tent bag are both to heavy in my opinion and there is no need for this as the tent is probably about half the weight with the ground sheet canopy etc making up the rest, so these should be two bags in my opinion, my wife has said if she goes away with her friends (weak girls LOL) sorry, I will have to split it down into two bags. The poles similarly could easily be split into two bags, as both bags are heavy.
Having said that you only have to lift it in and out of the car so for us tough blokes not to much of a problem. LOL
