hi all of to woolacombe  and blisland soon dous any one know of any good places to go i have a 3 yr old lad that can not stand still for more than 5 min  so any good zoos, castles, etc would be a grate help

Exmoor Zoo is really good- smallish but has hands on things- snakes etc which my two enjoyed- we've been a couple of times.

Big Sheep also good fun- big indoor play area, sheep dog displays lamb feeding and sheep racing at the end of the day.

My friend takes hers to Watermouth Castle when she is there but I have never been as I'm not that keen on rides etc but she loves it.

Watermouth Castle is great for little kids, the rides are only a small part of what the place has to offer and are very tame. Lots and lots to see and do though, plus gorgeous scenery.

oops.....er have to own up her. me and my girlfriend went to watermouth castle last summer (we ar eboth mid 20s) and had a great time! you also get discount re entry which we were going to use but didnt have time, so its deff not just for kids.....

although it probably just is we were just being silly and enjoying ourselves!!! lol
