I go camping quite a bit and have took my fishing equipment numerous times, and found no place to go fishing, anyone have any reccomendations onto what camp sites there are around that have on site fishing too? (or walking distance)

Don't know what area you have in mind but Norden farm at corfe castle have a fishing lake and some great walks over purbeck. There may also be fishing in the river Frome nearby.
We visited cambridge (March ) the site is called Field End Water Caravan Park they have service pitches on hardstanding for £13 per night also a camping field brand new toilets and the best of all they have two fishing lakes.look at it and see if it ok for you ......
The Camping and Caravanning Club have a list of Certificated Sites with (or near) fishing. You'd have to join to use the sites, but you can access the list from their website.
Cornwall, has all sorts of fishing, if you set up in the Redruth/Truro are you are basically in the middle of the country. Sea fishing, game fishing and good coarse fishing are available within a 30 mile radius, no problem, trust me been there done that.
Tip, go off the rocks at Swanpool Beach, Falmouth, use 3lb line, pike float and bait using ragworm to fight Balan Wrasse, they go like electrified tigers...
