Wondered where that was, googled it to find out - ah, Skeggy!! UKCS reviews are helpful, and like TripAdvisor reviews you ignore the best and worst 10%. Re dogs, phone the site? or TIC? http://www.skegness.net/things-to-do-skegness/skegness-beach.html says "Dogs are banned from the busiest part of Skegness beach between 1 May and 30 September. This section runs parallel to the seafront from the lifeboat house on Tower Esplanade all the way to the X-Site Skate Park at the end of North Parade. In the Ingoldmells area you can't take a dog into Glebe Park, Queen Elizabeth Playing Field, Ingoldmells Churchyard or Addlethorpe Cemetery. [Doesn't mention the beach.] In Chapel St Leonards they are banned from the land at the back of the Village Hallwhich is used as a recreational area, and from 1 May until 30 September from the beach 400 metres either side of the main pullover."
